We highly recommend flying into Charleston International Airport (CHS) as it is the closest airport to Kiawah Island. The 45-minute drive to Kiawah offers some absolutely stunning views so be sure to look up every once in a while!

Car & Bike Rentals
Kiawah is a tiny island, in fact it’s just 9 miles end-to-end, so getting around is incredibly easy!
We are ensuring that all guests will be walking distance to each other but if you’re interested in exploring the island, the easiest way to get around is via bike or car.

Uber and Lyft are incredibly unreliable on the island so please do not depend on this mode of transportation while you are here. With this in mind, please make note of the following when planning for the weekend:
The location for welcome drinks is considered “off island” so is not included in Kiawah’s free on-island shuttle service. However, you can book ahead and reserve shuttle service for a small fee. Otherwise, FortyEight Wine Bar is a 10 minute drive or a 30+ minute bike ride from our accommodations.
Accommodations
Our goal is to make this a fun and intimate weekend for our guests so we are ensuring that everyone will be staying close together! With that in mind and taking into account transportation logistics, we are strongly recommending that you book one of the two options below at your earliest convenience.

Option One: Villa Rentals
For a more affordable option, we have reserved several villa rentals across a few different East Beach neighborhoods. All are walking distance to each other and the beach.
For those interested in this accommodation type, we have a select number of 1-bedroom villas on hold at a discounted rate. For a slight price increase you will also have the option of an upgraded 1-, 2-, or 3-bedroom, all of which will also be offered at a discounted rate.

Option Two: The Sanctuary Hotel
For those looking for a bit more luxury, we are also offering bookings at the beautiful Sanctuary Hotel, Kiawah’s 5-star, beach-front hotel.
While a bit pricier, this option will include daily breakfast vouchers, welcome amenities, and access to the hotel’s fitness center, spa and pool.
In addition to the amenities, the Sanctuary offers two incredible dining experiences as well. We would highly recommend you check out The Ocean Room or Jasmine Porch while you’re here.
